At the University of Notre Dame, I was Editor-in-Chief of our student newsmagazine, Scholastic. Before becoming Editor-in-Chief, I served as a staff writer, News Editor and Managing Editor. Scholastic, founded in 1867, is a 32-page monthly newsmagazine distributed across campus and the country. The print edition had a monthly circulation of 3,500 and the online website, featuring print and online-only stories, had 2,700 unique viewers each month. During my time with the magazine, I won multiple Indiana Collegiate Press Association awards, including leading my staff to the Newsmagazine of the Year award in 2018. A selection of Scholastic clippings can be found here. My individual authorship site, though not comprehensive, can be found here.
